Cons

I think it likes all the chemical companies that has no hard work and unfair request. You can work here very happy

Pros

Lots of resources, the benefits are excellent, and there are locations all over the world.

Cons

If you are trying to get a promotion in your current position, it is very difficult. The easiest way is to apply internally for similar jobs. Being willing to relocate is another big plus, but that's the biggest downfall.
