Pros

Lots of work to keep you busy, do more with less.

Cons

Current location employment, advancement, culture, work / life balance is really only for the select few. You know - the cool and popular bunch. It's not for everyone, and don't ask either.

Pros

BASF is a very solid, global company to work for. The participation in diverse markets makes it very flexible to manage market dynamics. Good salary and benefits. Competitive and challenging organization to work for.

Cons

As a very big company, the decision making process can be slow and takes too much analysis and discussion. Open positions are filled with internal and external people and the development process for the internal people is not completely clear.
