Thank you for your response. Indeed, we take great care of our employees. Similar to many large organizations, we have processes and procedures one has to go through and we are constantly working on optimizing them. If you have any suggestions on how to improve a process, please share it with your manager! We are always looking for innovation and improvement!

Pros

strong career development & coaching program, great work-life balance, safety culture, compensation & benefits, coworkers, growing company making smart investments

Cons

Advice from coworkers is to be open to frequently relocations if you are looking for rapid promotions. Otherwise your promotions may come at slower but reasonable time-intervals.

Thank you for your response. Indeed, BASF is a great place to work and we are being recognized as such! Your co-workers are correct, being open to relocation increases the number of opportunities you have to grow and expand your career, which is natural, given the number of locations and businesses we have! However, if you are not mobile, there are still plenty of possibilities for you to grow your career and learn new things.

Pros

- work/life balance - great colleagues - training opportunities - job rotation

Cons

The culture has changed quite a bit in the last two years. information is rarely shared and German bosses treat the Asians at work as second class citizens. It's a German company and not a multinational company.
