      Pros

      Excellent work environment with great managers and co workers. Extensive training to help you perform well in your job. Great salary and compensation package. Benefits including health and pension are the best I've ever seen and exceed most people's expectations. Very positive environment even during tough situations - things are handled very professionally. I truly enjoy my position at this company and this is the best company I have ever worked for in my career. This company is very supportive of Work/Life balance which I very much appreciate as well as my co workers.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be intimidating getting to know all the levels within the organization. At time too much internal demand for your time to attend webinars and meetings. Initiatives should be more fleshed out and defined steps should be provided.
