      Not good. You’re experience can be great or horrible depending on which site you work at.

      Health insurance coverage was great

      Cons

      -Pay was low. -Culture at the site I was working was horrible. -Had to work without proper personal protective equipment, took them five months to provide me with a $30 respirator. -If you have any issues HR is basically non existent.

      No good reason honestly... maybe 401k

      Cons

      ridiculous fire retardant uniform that you wear in the summer good ole boy system for moving up management is retarded preach safety in a death trap of a plant upper management is saving every penny to retire with reward whistle blowers pinning you against coworkers

      Good pay, bonus system and benefits

      Cons

      Indecisive management, lots of strategy talk but tactical actions from management, must be willing to move to advance, German HQ controls global decisions, must be willing to sacrifice work life balance to move into leadership roles.
