Cons

pay could be better given the current climate but I believe they've made improvements within the recent years.

Concern for clients overshadowed by lack of support and pay issues

Clients I have have been good some exceptions other than that it’s okay

Cons

Very little compassion for clients who are on oxygen had to leave a female client like that with afib heart failure stayed until ems came then didn’t want to go nurse said there is nothing we can do go to other client I was concerned for her would like to spend more time with her than the total hours she needs I was hurt by that also no reimbursement for gas especially now gas has gone to over 4 dollars I can’t just keep putting gas in car that using up paycheck that I need for other bills and such wish that can change if I mentioned that to office they only say sorry like I don’t understand what you want
