      Great benefits right from the beginning. Great training programs from the people who worked in the branches and retail departments

      Cons

      Employees from 2009 failed bank were told they had a future with BB&T. Worked 13 hour days, gave 110% dedication to then conversion came and employees were told they were no longer needed.
