Flexible since there’s no base salary

Cons

Poor commission splits and will nickel and dime their appraisers. Can’t make a living even when work is plentiful.

Good in house appraisal software, nice to be able to work remotely.

Cons

Low fee split, not enough work to go around, corporate atmosphere even when working from home, lot of pending lawsuits; I recommend running from this employer.
