      Good place to work, pay insufficient & no 401K match

      Good team environment; helpful upper management; experienced employees to work with; job flexibility & professional growth

      Cons

      Pay decreases still in effect from Covid (despite company growth & profits since 1 month after pay decreases) and 401K match never existed.

      Supervisors want to work with you to achieve success.

      Cons

      If you are a workaholic, this is the job for you. Regularly worked 60+ hours per week for 40 hour per week salary. While willing to help achieve success, supervisors wanted the training process to be condensed and sped up despite it being an overwhelming amount of information and software intake.
