      Pros

      You can learn many facets of commercial real estate and there is opportunities for growth in the company. Company does regular social events to network and foster co-working relationships.

      Cons

      Difficult to get a raise and constant changes in processes and software. You get regularly ignored by higher ups as an analyst- there is a social hierarchy in the company based on your professional status.

      Solid Leaders - Aggressive Plans for Growth!

      Not micromanaged Professional / semi laid back company culture Nice office in great area The entry level positions have a specific and clear growth path Free coffee! Responsive HR team Plenty of access to resources for almost every paycheck related or technical inquiry

      The mouse I received was a bit dated
