      Very low key, easy to get work done, concentrated on goals and a sense of community in the office

      Pros

      Biggest pro is the ability to work from home when needed. Solid and understanding management team in place. Career offers flexibility and chance for upward mobility. Decent benefits, and excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Training opportunities could be improved. After initial training, there is little ongoing training.
