Pros
I got promoted several times while working there, there was a good quaterly bonus structure. They were generous with vacation time. They give you all the tools to be successful, and if you hit a certain success, you get great recognition. I received several company sponsored trips that were alot of fun. You do have to work on Saturdays, but it is not all they often and they close early.
Cons
Widget based company, always trying to sign up more and more accounts. Every quater, the hunt starts over, like any sales job. They have had high turnover at times, and it is really important what location you are at. They is also high goals for investment results, so you have to learn how to manage your staff to ask probing questions. Also, as a branch manager, you do more selling than managing.
