Pros

Good perks Loans with low interest

Cons

If you enjoy creating software this is not the place good for you. All the software related decisions are taken in another country by people with very few knowledge about the local market. Infrastructure is not ready for the workload of Mexico. Very few people understand big data and many decisions are taken based on bad understanding of the technologies they use. Payment is very low, that's why people don't last much there.
