      -Depending on regional manager, good support -Internal leads and referrals provided -Licensed bankers are part of your sales team

      -Low pay for the industry -Archaic systems that are down far too often -Lack of accountability in middle management -Lack of motivation across the board -Company doesn't like to adapt to new ideas

      Customers and co-workers are great

      Fear based management, high employee turn over, changes without implementation, inexperienced management, no direction, low employee morale, burned out front line employees, no back office or management support, new core system problems, lack of training, and continues downward spiral since BBVA purchase.

      I ve been working for them for over 2 years,I have over 10 years of banking experience and I cant even get a promotion from this bank,despite how much time and efford I put in for sales and services.its all a bout who you know ,not what you know!!!! totally unfair to their employes.

      Good clients , not bad benefits.
