There are still a bunker culture between areas. They are too many strategic and organization changes and that creates a big delay between the new objetives and the real implementation of plans and projects. That implies many changes with the structure, divisional managers and managers, inside the areas and instability. Politics is still too important. The treatment of some managers is really bad. It is very important to know who your boss is before access to this company. Most of the mates don't recommend this organization. It is difficult to being promoted to another higher post.
