Pros

- Good benefits (16.5 salaries per year + huge utilities about 10x salary) - Nice place to work - Coworkers help you a lot when you are new.

Cons

- Getting promoted is too slow. (3 years average) - Working Saturdays until midday. - So much bureaucratic. - Some bosses don't give opportunities to learn other positions functions.

You are unlikely to get fired despite poor your performance. You get commission free banking for certain transactions whilst employed.

Cons

bloated organisation, slow to change, highly political, ineffective management, poor technology systems, low salaries, non existent career progression and planning. Cronyism.
