Pros

They get you with a good starting salary if you are lucky

Cons

Everything else about the company sucks. Moving up is hard and they dont care about you as employees. Dont expect to get a yearly raise of more than 1% the only one that make money are the people on the sales floor and they treat tellers like crap would not recommend any one to work here. If you are a teller expect to work every. Saturday except for one in the month no work life balance. And if you work a Saturday you do get a half day but your half day wont really be a half day.

Pros

Vast client network an client portfolio. Deep penetration in major markets. Strong relationship with major corporations and most prominent families across Latin America.

Cons

Has tried and failed many times on building a global investment banking business. Bank is very Spanish centric , and lacks global vision. Focused on process and technology, and not talent.
