      Pros

      base pay is good if negotiated high upon recruitment. work hours are decent.

      Cons

      when working a Saturday you work 6 days straight no day off. health plan is horrible, blue cross blue shield of good ol' boy Alabama. loans is all that is truly cared about selling. the company does have a truly valuable set of products and services available, but the entire focus is loan sales and credit card sales sales sales.

      Pros

      -Great employee perks -Managers are very knowledgeable and helpful -Branches feel very safe and secure to work in -Products and services are very easy to explain to customers

      Cons

      -Training that they provide online isn’t really helpful, when you’re new to banking. They throw too much information out all at once so you’re confused by the end of it. After online training seminars, you have about a week of in branch on the job shadowing where you get a good idea of how to do things but it’s not until you’re on your own and making mistakes when you learn how to do your job efficiently.
