None, you will be belittled and ignored. If you say anything about compensation of equality of duties for your role you will be terminated. Spanish speakers prioritized on promotions
Cons
Diego Crasny is by far the worst CFO I've ever experienced, coming from someone that worked at "we work". He has no bearing of what people do in there roles, no consideration for people who pick up others work when people quit. If you get a job here and see hell be in change of your department. My recommendation is tell them thanks but I'm okay and save yourself from a year of being overworked, under compensated, and over looked.
