      Pros

      In over 10 years I wasn’t able to think of a pro.

      Cons

      I worked here for 10+ years and was laid off without a second look. The company claims they look out for their employees but this is a complete lie. They promote employees into management that have no business being there. And continue to set their employees up for failure.

      Pros

      -Great employee perks -Managers are very knowledgeable and helpful -Branches feel very safe and secure to work in -Products and services are very easy to explain to customers

      Cons

      -Training that they provide online isn’t really helpful, when you’re new to banking. They throw too much information out all at once so you’re confused by the end of it. After online training seminars, you have about a week of in branch on the job shadowing where you get a good idea of how to do things but it’s not until you’re on your own and making mistakes when you learn how to do your job efficiently.

      1. The employees/managers were great people. 2. Company offers matching 401k plan, Health/Dental insurance, PTO & Vacation time 3. They usually promote from within

      1. Way too many "managers" in every department. 2. Pressure sales tactics 3. You're typical banking industry greed 4. Redundant work
