Pros

none that come to mind

Cons

The worst healthcare plan in my 28-year career in banking (BCBS of Alabama). The other benefits are almost as bad... very disorganized, but that is just the result of Spaniards in Houston setting the policy and plans up to look like the benefits offered by other US banks based in NY.

BBVA is awful

Pros

It was a foot into the banking world. I learn quite a bit. From handling transactions to account maintenance to if you cry loud enough you'll get anything waived.

Cons

Insurance keeps changing for the worst. Incentive plans keep changing making them unobtainable. Unobtainable sales goals. Manager would never come out of the office. Always shoving products down customers throats whether they need that product or not. Skeleton crews everywhere. Pointless paperwork. Never any consistency. Well.... so and so branch waves the fees for me or call your manager they know me. Policies never applied to the people with large accounts. It was frustrating. You'd tell them one thing then they would run to the managers office and manager would okay the transaction or request every time. If you had someone with a small account it would hardly ever be overturned.
