Great collegues to work with; best profiles are selected to be hired and you will have many friends to socialize in your private life too. Training and development opportunities for technical and personal development; many courses, conferences etc. both in Turkey and on abroad. Having support to take more responsibilites; if you are capable of handling it, your manager will encourage and support you. Good compensation and benefit package; relatively high salary in the sector and being paid for overtime, private healt insurance etc. HR practices and policies are mostly well-structured Moved to Pendik so previous location (Gunesli) and office conditions are not concerns anymore

Cons

Work-life balance is a concern; working overtime can be chronical and exhausting, work load is not distributed fairly among team members and deadlines are very short.
