      Worst working experience ever.

      The hours: 8-5. That is it, nothing else can be considered as pros.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Worst "team members" I have ever came around. except for one. For a staff of six people you would think there wouldn't be cliques, but to my surprise there were. Morning huddles, were a waste of time, I can see how they would be productive but manager didn't know how to do them right. Huddles were only used for the manager to reprimand and humiliate staff in front of each other.

      Pros

      Decent work environment. Audit had a great view of the city.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Most audits were not structure properly from a staffing point of view. Additionally, the audit timing was always poorly timed. Some of the most involved and stressful audits took place during the holiday season.
