A nice management school if you are planning to continue your career in big corporations. Also the best place to learn details of finance & risk management... Great teamwork and very comfy environs if you are doing all the tasks you are given.

Cons

Not a very innovative company. New ideas are received with high conservatism... Even if you can provide a profound positive difference to the business, it's pretty hard and slow to work your way up.

Office building at Keizersgracht, at the heart of the Amsterdam. Very strong and countable parent and ultimate parent. Able to acquire talent mainly from parent.

Cons

Very poor management level. Work - life balance is very bad. Management is not capable of taking the company one step further. No internal communication. No training opportunuties. No investment in human capital. No use of technology, poor working infrastructure. Very high turnover ratio , 17% mainly due to agore mentioned.
