Pros

Absolutely none. This bank considers employees property, or worse, trash to be thrown away when they no longer want you.

Cons

They discriminate by age, gender, race, and are full of nepotism and cronyism. Expect to work hard but get piddly raises - if any - and you have to be the managers' pet to have a chance at raises or as decent schedule. They are evil.

Pros

Products make reaching goals easier. They promote from within and will help place you in a branch close to your home.

Cons

The company is in a growing phase. They have eliminated and consolidated lots of positions giving people more job titles and responsibilities but not training them well or at all. Constant revolving door. Banking centers are ghost towns with no employees.
