Pros

Travel in business class all over the world, nice hotels and good travel compensation. Good if you are young and have no family

Cons

Low pay, long hours. Spanish working culture: be there before your boss comes and stay at least until he leaves

Pros

This is a good place to settle. Although some are outdated, many different infrastructures and teams inside. There are groups specialized on specific fields. So you do not need to focus on many things at once.

Cons

Not as a professional company as it should be for such a large one. Management and way of management is outdated. Even technical decisions are made either by the top management or the bank, which has normally little information about the technology, since it is a financial foundation. This means you have no effect on any technical decisions. On the other hand, since you focus on one thing, you are missing many other aspects of IT while working here.
