      Pros

      hours were pretty good even for a salaried employee, had a great manager and staff was very open to coaching.

      Cons

      The systems were not up to date, it took you a few tasks to do just for one inquiry, and when my position was eliminated they only told us two weeks in advance! That made me see the true character of the company and spoke volume on how little we meant to them.

      Pros

      Compensation is comparable to other banks, training is extensive and you can go above and beyond to learn what you want.

      Cons

      Bank is cutting many jobs (esp branch and mid-level management). Bonus structure is horrible compared to other banks. Banking systems go down from time to time.
