      Pros

      Good job security and reputable company. Good experience for software development concepts. Hires really good people from the top universities in Turkey. The company pays for over-work at the weekends and in the evenings at workdays. You have private health insurance. It is good if you adapt and plan to work here for 20 years or more.

      Cons

      When you work here, there are long working hours with lots of stress and deadlines are generally unrealistic. You have to work at the weekends most of the time, sometimes on holidays. They pay for overwork, but you do not have a choice in reality, you have to work. Work/Life balance is difficult to maintain. They pay well comparing to similar companies, but you do not have time to spend. Programming technology (CA:Gen) used was outdated and unique to company. If you work in banking or insurance related departments, you cannot learn new technologies.
