      Changing from traditional banking to a technology company

      Pros

      Traditional conservative mainly retail bank, globally diversified through mostly good investments - Bancomer, Garanti etc.. looking to use digital to convert into a technology company serving its clients in an Apple like way

      Cons

      How to execute and while doing very publicized investments in companies like Simple the time to market for most of these high profile investments are felt rather late by the majority of the customer base.

      Good learning curve. Lunch is included. Views from Bancomer tower are great. Chairs are moderately confortable. Almost always there was paper o the restrooms

      Cons

      Bad work enviroment. People really closed. No team work, ioslated people working in isolation. Outdated computers and programs. I work with office 2003 for 2 years.
