Pros
For me, timings are flexible, depends on the manager. Overall good experience after completing a month. Training is pretty good and not burdening with loads of information all at once. Work environment, team and office facilities are really fantastic. Any registered daycare facility of our choice is provided under benefits (for women employees only). Even though this is coming under Maternity benefits act 2017, most companies which I know do not generously provide. But here they made it very clear as soon as I joined that I could avail this benefit.
Cons
A little slow with onboarding process which turned out good for me for settling my kid into daycare etc. But might not be ideal and comfortable for others is what I feel.
