Diverse and multicultural environment - able to work with people from multiple countries and cultural backgrounds in a single day. A genuine care for employee's wellbeing, especially in the context of COVID-19. A huge product portfolio to get to know and have a direct influence upon.
Cons
A very corporate and hierarchical environment - in some areas , the only way you can be promoted is by becoming a people manager, which may not be aligned with everyone's career ambitions. The company's making a notable effort to increase flexibility, but a lot can still be done to be ahead of competition and become even more attractive to candidates.
