      Being associated with the organization for almost 10 years. Best organization in my career ( have worked with 4 other organization beside BD) . You feel respected, heard and given ample opportunities to prove your worth. Well-designed rewards & recognition platform for exceptional and consistent performers by onshore as well as offshore leadership. Collaborative management and easily approachable. Ample opportunities to learn and enhance skill set. Well-designed Induction program helping new joiners to understand on what all BUs & products the center is working. Flexible work hours help in managing work life balance. Leaves/ holidays/ employee engagement activities are all very well managed and has never faced any issue. Emphasis on employee individual professional growth and all support is provided for same. Dedicated groups focusing to support women professional development and building their pipeline. Continuous sessions for training people to enhance their leadership / managerial skills. I have learned a lot here which helped in succeeding professionally and personally.
