      Pros

      The people are motivated. Most of the people have a skill set. Everybody is working towards a similar goal. Upper management listens to ideas even if they suck. Employees are always trying to improve safety.

      Basic corporate issues; low budget, IT outsourced to India, etc.

      Work-life balance Good Management Good Training Programs Growth Opportunity Decent Cafeteria food with subsidized cost. This is good place to start if one is looking to get into medical device company.

      Cons

      As every company has its' share of issues/problems, BD is no different. However, BD is always striving to look for better opportunity and improve their processes.One of the issues is that BD needs to get rid of people who aren't really adding any value and are there to do below minimum of their job requirement.
