Pros
It offers a great place to learn the intricaces and complexities of business for a Fortune 500 company. The company has high ethical standards and nearly all the people I interacted with were of high moral character.
Cons
There is a great emphasis on continuous learning including coaching employees, change management, developing leaders, effective communication, etc. However, its management rarely follows its own training. It has often been described as a good, solid, slow moving company. Although it wants to be an innovative company, it has made a lot of poor decisions over the past decade and is desperately trying to right the ship without actually admitting its mistakes.
