People are nice to others. business is growing every year. cash rich company so you can be always acquirers. nowadays, us headquarter is hiring good people outside.
Cons
People are caring about themselves not the team. many employees don't understand team work and leadership. terrible politics happens again and again. since senior managers are very polictical they don't punish staff who does terrible things to team members. overall quality of employees are very low.
