      Decision makings are quite slow and always changes makes sometimes hard to predict direction to move forward.

      Cons

      Stability for people intend to work for long term.

      Hard Working People and Lack of Vision from higher Management

      Pros

      There is a lot of good and hard working people that care about the company. Normal benefits from the company (401k, medical insurer, etc..)

      Cons

      Focused only on Manufacturing of product instead of improving process quality to reduce waste and improve efficiency. They have a lot of scrap and rework and don't seem to care. Management reluctant to changes and new ideas. Lack of support from Management to implement ideas and change of culture. Changing process do not last due to absence of Management support. Promotes "point finger" confrontation and not a culture of problems solutions and root cause analysis.

      Great culture, exiting products, amazing workplace, global reach, more than just selling products BD really embraces helping people live healthy lives

      Cons

      risk averse, below average bonus and complex matrix organization makes BD a slow mover and not able to attract key talent from the market
