      Pros

      Beautiful campus with amenities like, workout facilities, walking trails, Summer hours, Dress Casual, Cafeteria and on site Medical center. BD's motto is helping all people live healthy lives and that makes one feel good. Culture of growth, diversity and innovation are key aspects as well.

      Cons

      BD needs to acknowledge the hard work of others more. Not enough "good Job" or timely celebrations of product launches. Manufacturing has a "do it the same way we did it before" attitude. Need for more inbound Marketing for strategic directions.

      Overall experience was good, learn't some new skills.

      Pros

      Shift work pays well, thanks to bonuses. There is some company support if you are permanently employed, this did not apply for me as I was on a short term contract. Fellow workers, (apart from the backstabbers) were a good friendly helpful bunch.

      Cons

      Was unorganized, and managers /decision makers unable to make serious employee decisions.
