1. Relaxed work environment. 2. No work pressure. 3. Work life balance

Cons

1. HR are not responsive. They will never reply your pings or emails. 2. Exit process is horrible. Salary and Experience Letter shall be given only after 45 to 60 days that too with multiple call and mails. Industry standard is less than 30 days. 3. No Growth. 4. Too much politics with US counterparts. 5. Weak links are HR and Leaders. Not able to connect with Employees to address real issues. All connect and discussions are merry eye wash. 6. Whole thought process is like old school working.
