      Pros

      Produces a well rounded auditor capable of performing tax, audit and assurance unlike other local competing firms which are departmentalized. Hours are flexible and auditors are able to have a social life outside of work.

      Cons

      There isn't much cons to list to be honest. The organization is a great one, where training and development is encouraged.

      Pros

      * More down to earth (connected) people than Big4 * Relatively good work-life balance * Low emphasis on hierarchy / short lines between junior staff and management * Secondary benefits are quite good

      Cons

      * Too much focus on relative position compared to Big4 * (Historical) focus on SME companies can be an issue, for one, it's tough to get in the market for larger, long-term client engagements in the Advisory business

      Pros

      Nice people, good people and good corporate culture. It is a good starting place to develop your career, good chance to network with clients and colleagues.

      Cons

      Long work hours. However, it is expected in audit industry. Starting salary is not attractive however, will grow as your rank does up.
