Business Outlook
Pros
The working environment here is conducive for learning. Managers and partners are very well equipped technically and professional in handling clients and staff. There is almost always a smile on their face unlike some firms where people seem very stressed. Training programmes are aplenty during non-peak which is great for our learning.
Cons
Some of the new juniors hired are not very capable or willing to work late with the team. To be more selective when hiring.
