There is a lot to learn and things change daily - so if you do not want a mundane job this is the place

Cons

It takes a while to be fully trained on anything as things are constantly changing but that's the way of the industry

Pros

It's a rapidly growing company with a great customer service reputation in the chemical industry. I do enjoy working with my team. They're putting in a lot of effort recently to boost morale (which could also be a red flag, depending how you look at it)

Cons

Not very well trained. Long hours, stressful work, not great pay. The work is not interesting to me- ALL data entry; very repetitive and robotic. Global company, but if you're looking to transfer, don't get your hopes up.

Good raises, lots of employee appreciation events including lunches. Company offers tuition reimbursement. Christmas bonus is small but at least it is offered.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement. It's all about who you know.
