Pros

salary is OK; good bonuses for working on holidays - 2 days extra or double-pay.

Cons

high level management is absolutely rude and disrespectful while mid- and low- level leads are OK. Using Gmail for company mail...come on, this is just not serious. Unlogical decisions regarding technology used.

They do pay you on time. Office location is not bad and they offer you stable job. People there are very easygoing.

Cons

The boss and managers are mean. Working environment is quite chaotic. And their pay is very low for a university graduate. So if you do not have good education background and want to have a stable job, this company might be suitable for you. But if you are ambitious, find another job please.
