      Steady paycheck if you need money.

      Cons

      Management is bad, high turnover, lower pay than industry standard, management makes salary decisions and promotions based on popularity rather than the value the employee brings. Lack of communication between management and staff.

      Pros

      Good environment to gain experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. Young and energetic group of employees. If you know what you want to do you can grow in the company.

      Cons

      Communication has improved over the years from company leaders, but management does not communicate enough to their teams. Managers are hit or miss. Some are only concerned about their own careers.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, laid back office. Decent amount of Vacation time. Very nice location where office is located. They do decent employee events throughout the year.

      Cons

      Depending on what account you’re on, it could range from a minimal amount of stress to full blown pulling your hair out. A lot of micro managing.
