      Smaller, family-run company allows you the opportunity to be recognized by upper management. This company remembers hard work and dedication when opportunities to move up in the organization are open up.

      Upper management is spending more time communicating with the rest of the company regarding strategy and vision going forward, a much-needed effort.

      Ok place to start for recent graduates interested in logistics

      Opportunities for advancement if you're interested in the career. They tend to move up many young employees into team leader positions after a year or two of experience.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are low and not even competitive for the industry. Most employees aren't very interested in logistics and just fall into the job.

      HQ location is very convenient

      ERP systems are outdated. Training programs are non-existent pretty much. The very few available are poorly scheduled and targeted for the wrong audience. Lack of business professionals with passion.
