      Pros

      A Paycheck.. Most weekends off. I was able to get out of there in under a year

      Cons

      Poor Management , Old ways of thinking. Hire people based off of friendship and favors. The associates are just as clueless as the managers, but hey! they are all best buddies!

      Branch manager and higher are great to work with. Dept. manager not well equipped for his title

      70 plus hour work week expected by management. No education.
