Work load is over the roof. people only have time to go for lunch or use bathroom. if you complain, mid level manager/s will say: "ask for help." OK! ask whom? everyone busy. Salary and benefits: terrible Email etiquette: none Work life balance: never you will end up with a joke so called "salary" and next thing you know is you have a job for 3 person. Managers in Belgium head quarter are the worst and most ungrateful I've ever seen. one of the local mid level managers is an office bully with decisive smile. too much nepotism in the office in the name of diversity. you can find 10+ couples/partners/husbands and wives, in the office which inevitably at some point make those relationships to favoritism. Managers are only caring about their own neck and KPIs. how you do it or how much you stay overtime? they don't care. During peek season (52 weeks of a year!) and COVID, with the constant nonsenses and unnecessary pressure from customer's side, we pulled off all the tasks. a great job done.. but.. most of us received termination letter instead of bonus or simple "thank you". well, sometimes they run grilled sausage festival.. wow! so encouraging and fun. (sarcasm) DO NOT work for this company unless you are desperate. you will be mentally drained, physically exhausted and once you made mistake, they will fire you no matter how good you are.

Sometimes you have to work on public holidays as as we will get jobs from US. If you're outdoor person, this job definitely not for you.
