      Pros

      Great place to learn US Customs basics and logistics experience. Stepping stone company for the motivated. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      Old boys club. Little room for growth unless you have a mentor willing to push for you. Turnover is high among motivated people.

      Awful management, not a lot of growth opportunities

      Pros

      Good place to start out if you are new to working in the industry.

      Cons

      The company is run by the all the relatives of the CEO, if you want to have a promotion you need to know someone within the company. The upper management is awful, not much training if any is provided, pretty much sink or swim type of deal. The Internal software is usually designed in a rush with lots of bugs.
