      You will get to learn a lot of accounts payable process

      Cons

      Job discription keeps changing, Job demand is not commensurate with the energy, and time put in Extra hours are not paid, even if you have over 40hrs You are expected to work like a mule and don't complain yet they ask you if you have any questions. There is no strong coordination among the Managers and the workforce. The report against the workforce is alway spurious.

      Pros

      - Structured with SOPs for different clients, and clear designation for different job roles - pay raises are slow but incremental, AWS and bonuses are fairly consistent - Fairly established in industry, good opportunity to learn - competent and experienced ground managers

      Cons

      - Processes are quite dated, though a lot of it can be attributed to industry standards and customer requirements - monotonous environment‘ little to no diversity in marketable job skills - flat organisational structure, few opportunity to demonstrate ability or progress within. Often times, external hires are made for regional roles - depending on department, work can be extremely hectic and imbalanced. Short lunch breaks and overtime is a common occurrence within the company
