Need to hire resources, better management

Low pay; if you do a good job, they’ll just pile more work on you; hard to move up in the company unless you have connections; HR is nice but they didn’t do anything to help Bottom line is if you just want to get some experience for a few years in logistics and get out then it’s not too bad but if you’re looking for a rewarding career, this ain’t it. The work is boring and management will not appreciate your efforts. Remember that at BDP, you are replaceable, it’s basically a “burn and churn”
