      Pros

      Great company, supportive management, people are always willing to help... the environment is engaging, they promote from within and I really enjoyed working there very much.

      Cons

      I honestly never had any issues, could not understand why some employees complained because I never experienced anything negative.

      the pros that stand out to me in my mind is the generous salary and in additoin the small office enviorment are both things that stand out in my head for BDP

      Cons

      Honestly one thing could be better the supervisor that worked there when i did was irresponsible always missing days making costly mistakes and blaiming it on others

      Pros

      office work, hours, office enviroment, They buy you food for any celebration to keep you happy.

      Cons

      Poor management, only 75 hrs biweekly not 80. Medical Insurance are very expensive. If you are doing something wrong or mistakes they talk in your back not in front of you, not friendly people. They are #1 you are in second place.
